Your Role
As an SLP at AutismCOE, you’ll provide individualized speech-language therapy to children with autism, focusing on improving communication, language, and feeding/swallowing skills. Your expertise will help children build essential connections and reach meaningful milestones.
Key Responsibilities
Provide tailored, engaging speech-language therapy with a focus on compassion and clinical excellence
Assess and treat difficulties related to speech, language, social interaction, and feeding/swallowing
Design personalized treatment plans aligned with family input and evidence-based strategies
Work closely with BCBAs and other care team members to ensure integrated, child-focused care
Complete all documentation, including progress updates and reports, in a timely and accurate manner
Stay informed on best practices and ensure compliance with licensure requirements
What You Bring
Active state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY with supervision
Experience working with pediatric clients, particularly children with autism
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Passion for helping children grow and a commitment to ongoing professional development
