Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. The role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

Manage the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met.
Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity, and ensure quality care as residents' healthcare needs change.
Maintain consistent quality resident care and service delivery throughout all shifts; this may require assuming the role and responsibilities of a Caregiver or Med Tech/Aide to meet residents' needs and staffing requirements.
Assist in supervising community-based licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and Caregivers, providing training and ongoing education, including classroom in-services and situation-specific training. Manage associate schedules.
Oversee medication training, pharmacy management, and medication supervision and/or administration in the community. Conduct periodic medication skills inventory checks and medication audits per Brookdale guidelines.
Share on-call duties as required.
Obtain education required to secure a state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and have a minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience.
Hold an LPN or LVN license.
