We are currently looking for a motivated, determined, and respectful Landscape Foreman to help develop our landscape division! Lead and manage a team of 2-3 employees to execute landscape installations according to design specifications and work orders. Build retaining walls, patios, landscape beds, outdoor kitchens, firepits, and drainage solutions. Communicate production goals and plans to crew members, including ordering materials and adhering to the plans laid out by the Project Manager / Operations Manager. Operate equipment safely and efficiently. Train and develop crew members. Interact respectfully with clients on job site. Report to Project Manager / Operations Manager. Work flexible hours, including occasional weekends to meet project deadlines. Requirements:
2 to 3 years’ experience in building retaining walls, patios, steps, water features, drainage solutions, and outdoor kitchens. Experience with all landscape construction equipment (skid steers, mini excavators, trucks, trailers, dingo). General knowledge of plant material and plant placement. Awareness of company’s revenue goals and strive to meet them. Great communicator and team player. Quick learner with motivation to grow and succeed. Valid Chauffeurs driver’s license (or willing to get before start date) with clean driving record. CDL preferred. Benefits:
$24 - $30 / hour starting pay. Weekly Pay. Full time with paid overtime. Paid vacation and holiday pay. Health and dental insurance after 90 days. Advancement opportunities. 401k after 6 months with company match. Company parties. Company Values:
