Stål Flooring LLC is hiring Resin Floor Layers with hands‑on experience installing MMA (Methyl Methacrylate) flooring systems. This is a travel‑intensive, full‑time opportunity for skilled installers ready to contribute to high‑profile projects across the U.S. alongside a motivated, growth‑oriented team. Key Responsibilities
Install MMA and other resinous flooring systems to manufacturer and project specifications.
Work efficiently as part of a traveling install team across varied environments and industries.
Operate flooring tools and equipment with precision and safety.
Follow worksite safety protocols and contribute to a clean, professional jobsite.
Assist with surface preparation, priming, mixing, and application of resin materials.
Complete projects on time and with high‑quality craftsmanship.
Communicate effectively with team leads and project superintendents.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years’ experience installing resinous flooring; MMA experience is required.
Strong understanding of installation tools, techniques, and curing processes.
Comfortable with travel and working at various project locations.
Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
Reliable and team‑oriented with a strong work ethic.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Valid Driver’s License required.
Competitive hourly pay: $25–$35/hour depending on experience.
