Phlebotomist I – Hudson, FL (Full-time)
Pay Range: $17.75+ per hour. Eligible for annual performance bonus.

Responsibilities
Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometrics, insurance exams).
Administer oral solutions following training.
Research test/client information and verify written and electronic orders using lab technology systems.
Accurately navigate a computer and enter data.
Obtain identification and accurately enter billing information, collecting payments when required, following corporate policies.
Process specimens (labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, preparing for transport).
Perform non‑patient facing duties (inventory, stock supplies, sanitizing, filing, answering phones, utilizing email).
Read, understand, and comply with departmental policies, protocols, and procedures.
Assist with compilation and submission of statistics and data when required.
Maintain phlebotomy logs, including temperature logs, as required.
Complete online and in‑person training courses in a timely manner.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic preferred.
Phlebotomy certification preferred. Required in California, Nevada, and Washington.
One year phlebotomy experience preferred.
Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred.
Keyboard/data entry experience.
Effective communication in English.
