Job Description Theracare is currently seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to deliver exemplary care and enthusiasm in working with our adult population.

Responsibilities The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients, in accordance with the orders from the physician, through the use of a variety of therapeutic procedures designed to restore loss of muscle strength, coordination, body alignment, relieve pain, improve movement and function. They will work as a member of a team providing support and information within the area of Physical Therapy. Therapy services will be provided in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Physical Therapy

Current state license/certification

Current registration with the American Physical Therapy Certification Board

Prefer minimum one (1) year experience in rehabilitation (new grads welcome to apply)

Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care

Demonstrate competency in applying the principles, methods, materials and equipment used in specific therapy discipline

Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements
