www.ProSidian.com . Job Description ProSidian is seeking a Licensed Clinical Case Manager | Social Services [COC0063260] for program support on a contract basis (Exempt 1099). This role generally supports the CONUS region, particularly Charlotte, NC, and the Mid Atlantic Region, supporting 0 We are looking for 260 candidates with relevant Government and Public Services Sector experience, including functional and technical expertise, to support professional services engagements for clients such as COC. This position can be a Technical Element or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Social Services Functional Area Professional—Clinical Case Management. ProSidian reserves the right to convert this to a full-time W-2 position. Job Overview Provide clinical case management services supporting Human Capital Solutions for clients like the City of Charlotte (COC) and Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA). The work is generally located in the CONUS—Charlotte, NC, and across the Mid Atlantic Region. Responsibilities and Duties Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans. Manage caseloads requiring intensive service coordination. Provide therapeutic interventions. Ensure compliance with mental health regulations and documentation standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. The roles are primarily based in the Mid Atlantic Region, near Charlotte, NC, at the initial work site address: 655 East 4th Street, Charlotte, NC 28202, with potential for remote work or location change. Qualifications Candidates should be licensed in clinical social work, counseling, or psychology, with a Master’s degree in a mental health discipline, and 3–5 years of relevant experience. Skills and Competencies Clinical assessment, therapeutic communication, documentation. Cultural competence, ethical decision-making, leadership. Additional competencies include supervision of support staff, participation in community mental health initiatives, and handling high-risk or court-mandated cases.
