PHYSICAL THERAPIST (INPATIENT) (LEVEL 1) - REGISTRY, Rehab Therapy - IP Adult PT

Work Schedule PRN position with variable shifts, Minimum of 2 weekend days every 4 weeks, Weekday/Weekend hours 6am-6pm as needed, you will work at Swedish American hospital in Rockford. Participates in educational programs on an ongoing basis and complete mandatory CEUs as required. Licenses & Certifications CPR certification. Required Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure per department policy.
