As a
Lab Technician , you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining quality standards throughout our production process. Your primary responsibility is to conduct meticulous testing and analysis of product samples. This involves performing physical and mechanical tests, recording accurate data, and ensuring compliance with customer specifications. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to precision will be essential as you validate product attributes and troubleshoot any discrepancies. Operating in a dynamic environment, your ability to manage multiple tasks and uphold rigorous quality standards will be critical to your effectiveness in this role. Responsibilities
Perform a variety of product tests to ensure compliance with customers and company quality requirements. Gather samples and prepare them according to listed specifications for testing. Conduct physical and mechanical tests on samples and enter test data results accurately into the designated systems. Operate laboratory equipment necessary to support testing needs. Provide feedback to production, process engineering, and quality engineering teams. Collaborate with other departments such as planning, production, engineering, customer service, and shipping to ensure effective communication and timely delivery of materials and product development information. Take proactive measures to prevent nonconformance in product, process, and quality systems. Communicate with management regarding significant risks to product quality, employee safety, or customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean and orderly work area, following safety protocols and using required PPE. Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous manufacturing lab experience is highly desired. Ability to work well both independently and with others. Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English to interpret setup sheets, SOPs, and communicate effectively. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Basic computer and data entry skills. Comfortable with physical requirements such as standing, bending, and occasionally lifting. About Us
