Responsibilities
As a Physical Therapist (PT) for Key Rehab, you will: Evaluate each patient, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients reach their goals. Supervise PTAs within the facilities. The position is divided between Home Health and SNF settings and offers a weekend schedule, which can reduce the need for childcare at home.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications: Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program. Current PT license in the state of practice. Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct, and state and federal regulations. Preferred qualifications: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Flexibility and team collaboration. Exceptional communication skills (oral and written). Experience with geriatric population. Knowledge of Medicare billing regulations.
