Compensation We offer a variable model that includes base salary plus performance‑driven bonuses. Base salary is factored on budgets, licensure level, and geographic location and paid biweekly:
Licensed Clinician requiring supervision: $57,000 - $81,650
Licensed Clinician that does not require supervision: $69,000 - $89,700
Individuals proficient in medical interpretation in multiple languages may be eligible for a 5% salary adjustment.
Performance‑driven incentives can range from $800 to $3,000 based on data‑supported targets paid monthly. A $500 monthly stipend is provided for the first three months. Regular 1:1 meetings with the direct supervisor are required.
Available Schedules (Central Time Zone)
Monday - Friday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
Monday - Friday: 11:00am - 7:00pm
Job Summary The Collaborative Care Clinician I is an associate‑level licensed behavioral health clinician reporting to the Clinical Excellence Manager. This role provides evidence‑based interventions via the Collaborative Care Model to individuals (pediatric and/or adult populations) experiencing mild to moderate symptoms and utilizes evidence‑based therapeutic interventions to promote symptom reduction and optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
Provides care to patients, based on needs of assigned Care Pod, customizing treatment plans to individual patient needs.
Supports and closely coordinates behavioral health care with the patient’s primary care provider and other service providers.
Screens patients for common behavioral health and substance use disorders using PHQ‑9, GAD‑7, Columbia Suicide Risk Assessment, or other tools as required.
Monitors patients for changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects/complications, with a goal of symptom reduction.
Supports psychotropic medication management prescribed by PCPs, focusing on treatment adherence, side effects, other complications, and effectiveness.
Tracks patient follow‑up and clinical outcomes using a registry.
Plans specific mutual self‑management goals, objectives, and interventions with action‑oriented patients.
Facilitates care plan changes for patients who are not improving, including medication or psychosocial treatment changes or appropriate referrals.
Documents patient progress and treatment recommendations in Salesforce and the electronic health record for sharing with providers.
Completes relapse prevention plans with patients in remission.
Educates patients about behavioral health/substance use disorders and treatment options.
Establishes mutually agreeable care management plans with the care team and patient/family.
Participates in scheduled caseload consultations with psychiatric consultants.
Participates in scheduled supervision sessions with the clinical supervisor.
Identifies social determinant barriers and works with the Care Navigation Partner to assist in accessing the correct level of care.
Required Education, Licensure And Experience
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field.
Licensed to practice in Arkansas as an independent clinician (LCSW/LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent).
Minimum 1‑5 years of clinical experience.
Highly Preferred Experience And Skills
Fluent speaking and writing in English and Spanish.
Proficiency in evidence‑based treatment approaches (Problem‑Solving Treatment, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Behavioral Activation).
Expertise in handling higher‑acuity patients/situations.
Technical proficiency in platforms including EHRs.
Knowledge of behavioral health screening tools (PHQ‑9, GAD‑7, CSSRS, etc).
Selection Process: Three Stages
30‑minute virtual interview to discuss experience, qualifications, base salary expectations, and overview of the collaborative model.
45‑minute virtual assessment interview analyzing required competencies.
45‑minute virtual interview with Clinical Leaders.
Estimated completion time: two weeks.
