Lebanon Veterinary Hospital

About You We strongly believe that veterinary medicine is a team sport. Our ideal candidate is someone who feels the same, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, a warm and empathetic approach, and the ability to manage challenging client situations with tact and patience. Experience answering phones, making appointments, and navigating communication between our clients and medical team is required. Handling patients on a leash or in a carrier, and familiarity with EzyVet and Smartflow are pluses.

Anticipated Schedule This is a full‑time position (Monday–Friday, 9 am–6 pm; rotating Saturday shifts are required).

Pay $18.00 – $20.00 per hour, dependent on experience and education.

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a veterinary setting.

Familiarity with veterinary terminology or willingness to learn.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with a warm, friendly, and empathetic approach.

Ability to handle challenging client situations with tact, patience, and understanding.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

Ability to work collaboratively with veterinarians, technicians, and other staff.

Flexibility to assist with other duties as needed and work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.

Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic.

Must be 18 years or older to apply.
