Total Communication Therapy, LLC was founded in 2018 as a private speech therapy practice. We deliver one‑on‑one speech services both face‑to‑face and virtually across various settings. Our practice provides individual assessments for children with functional communication problems and offers treatment in a family‑centered environment. Our mission is to provide the highest quality speech and language services to children and their families in their natural communication environments.
Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Speech Language Pathologist located in Decatur, GA. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for evaluating and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in children. The role involves conducting one‑on‑one therapy sessions, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with families to support progress and development. The therapist will also document and monitor progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Qualifications
Expertise in Speech Therapy and Communication Disorders
Proficiency in diagnosing and treating Language Disorders and Dysphagia
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with families
Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or a related field
Valid state licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist
Experience working with children in a clinical setting is preferred
