Providing excellent healthcare to patients, ensuring good outcomes and satisfaction Educating patients about their injuries, progress, and outcomes Supervising aides during modalities and assisting with setup and cleanup Re-evaluating patient progress, revising plans, and setting new goals Determining when to discharge patients Documenting care accurately and timely Maintaining productivity levels, with an expectation of 55-60 treatments and evaluations weekly Developing protocols for common diagnoses Participating in research studies Continuing professional development through courses and training Qualifications
