Educational Technicians I, II, & III – Woodfords Family Services
Woodfords Family Services is hiring Educational Technicians (Ed Techs) for our Special Purpose Private School (SPPS) and Early Childhood Services (ECS) programs in Waterville, ME. These full‑time, year‑round positions (40 hours per week) require competitive compensation and benefits.
Position Summary Woodfords’ ECS Preschool & SPPS provide evidence‑based programming for students with autism and related disabilities, grades pre‑K through 5th. With oversight and instruction from the classroom Lead Teacher and clinical team, Ed Techs effectively implement Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) interventions and provide intensive clinical instruction to help young learners reach their highest potential and function successfully in home, community, and school‑based settings. Services are rendered onsite at our school campus in Waterville, ME.

Full‑time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 7:30 am–3:30 pm
Hourly pay $20–$22.50, commensurate with Ed Tech level
Qualifications
Ed Tech I: High School Diploma or equivalent
Ed Tech II: Minimum 60 college credits
Ed Tech III: Minimum 90 college credits
Education and/or experience in Special Education, Early Childhood, or a related field is preferred
