Job Overview Health and Beauty associates focus on two core tasks: taking care of the customers and creative merchandising. They move incoming merchandise to the sales floor and create seasonal display features to meet customer needs.
Base Pay Range $14.00/hr - $27.00/hr
Hourly Wage:
$14.5 - $27.5 per hour
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
