As a Child Focused Therapist at Sagent Behavioral Health, formerly known as Ellie Mental Health, you will provide superior client care to help improve the mental health of youth in your local community. You’ll do this by drawing upon your training and experience and offering individual and family therapy with tailored approaches that meet the developmental needs of children and adolescents.

Responsibilities

Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation.

Provide individual and family therapy to minor clients and their parents/guardians.

Active participation and responsibility in building, growing, and maintaining caseload to meet agreed upon weekly billable expectations.

Collaborate with internal and external providers including medical, psychological, and educational partners to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care for clients.

Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in your community utilizing creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.

Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.

Requirements

Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.

Candidates will have clinical licensure or be on licensure track for LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP etc.

Experience completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes with the ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients. (Experience with DC:0-5, ECSII/CASII, SDQ assessments preferred).

Knowledge of developmental principles and awareness of the intersection between normative child development and psychopathology in the diagnosis and treatment of children/families and passion for working with children, adolescents, and families.

Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems.

Compensation This is a non-exempt position. Total earnings for this position will range from $24,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on compensation model selected, full‑time or part‑time status, number of client sessions per week, licensure, experience, and average reimbursement rate.
