Clinic Description As a Mental Health Therapist at Ellie Mental Health’s outpatient clinic in the heart of Blue Valley, you’ll share our vision for improving and expanding access to quality mental health care and thrive in an environment driven by our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination. This locally owned and operated clinic is a pivotal part of a community-focused team making real impact on the mental health of our local community.
Ellie Mental Health was founded in 2015 by Erin Pash, LMFT and Kyle Keller, LICSW and has since grown to multiple clinics across Minnesota and beyond, remaining locally owned and operated.
Responsibilities and Duties
Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and maintain ongoing documentation per company policy.
Provide excellent customer service for clients, collaborating with a dynamic team to fill community gaps.
Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
Prepare and submit individual session documentation following company guidelines.
Serve a diverse client population—including adults, children, teens, couples, and families—and be willing to work some evening and weekend hours.
Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week, targeting at least 30 visits per week.
Coordinate services with case managers, families, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
Additional essential tasks as required by the team.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related accredited field and licensure in the designated field.
Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to demonstrate and maintain stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
Ability to complete and submit documentation of services in a timely manner.
Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
Proficiency in Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant experience a plus). Training will be provided.
