10 - 14 clinic patients daily, 0 - 3 inpatients, 5 - 15 surgical cases monthly

Indian Health Service facility

Three weeks per month coverage schedule

Focus on hip, ankle, and shoulder fractures -- some hand surgery

Outpatient clinics and surgical consults for primary care physicians

Coverage opportunity for up to 2 years
