Provide individualized patient care using evidence-based treatment plans. Maintain compliance with documentation standards, ensuring timely and thorough reports. Collaborate with physicians and other team members to optimize patient outcomes. Encourage patient engagement by emphasizing the importance of care plans and home exercises. Track and improve metrics like patient appointment rates and satisfaction. Supervise and delegate tasks to physical therapist assistants as appropriate.
