Teal Health is seeking a dedicated RN for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) located in Springfield, IL. This position offers a weekly salary of $3,586.
Responsibilities
Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill newborns and preemies in a fast-paced environment.
Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist with procedures to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate families on neonatal care, discharge planning, and ongoing support.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all safety and clinical protocols.
