Eagleville Hospital is seeking a skilled and compassionate
Evening Clinical Supervisor
for our Admissions Department. This position reports to the Admissions Manager and is responsible for supervising second and third shift staff, overseeing the assessment process, and ensuring efficient patient flow. The Evening Clinical Supervisor acts as a key liaison across departments to facilitate safe and timely admissions and supports ongoing marketing and referral activities. Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership, supervision, and task delegation for evening and overnight Admissions staff. Serve as the point of contact for any admissions-related concerns or escalations. Review ASAM assessments conducted by staff; perform assessments when needed. Complete insurance pre-certifications and county funding paperwork as required. Direct patient flow to minimize delays and maintain patient safety during the admissions process. Support high-volume times by performing Intake Specialist duties when necessary. Maintain communication with the Admissions Manager regarding daily bed availability and patient scheduling. Coordinate step-downs, transfers, and discharges using the Netsmart EMR system. Act as liaison for referral sources and support marketing efforts. Maintain working knowledge of insurance guidelines and county protocols. Collaborate with departments including Patient Accounts, Nursing, Psychiatry, Medical, Clinical, and Transportation to ensure a smooth intake process. Assist with staff performance evaluations and coaching. Uphold patient confidentiality and demonstrate a consistently professional and empathetic attitude. Perform other related duties as assigned.
