Provide direct patient care by assessing and monitoring vital signs and symptoms. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and necessary lifestyle changes. Document all patient care activities, responses to treatments, and any changes in condition accurately and timely. Requirements
Current RN or LVN licensure in the state of practice. A minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience preferred. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and colleague interactions. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus. Summary
