As an RN in the 8M Medical Oncology & Hospice Unit, you will deliver exceptional care from initial assessment to discharge, support patients and families, and collaborate with a dedicated team of caregivers. Work nights from 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. with rotating weekends and holidays. Benefits & Compensation

Provide direct nursing care. Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans. Monitor, record, document, and communicate patients’ conditions. Administer prescribed medications and treatments. Carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs. Educate patients and their families. Minimum Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN). (current licensing requirement) Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA). One year of current acute care RN experience or licensed military RN experience. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN). Physical Requirements
Full range of body motion, including handling and lifting patients. Standing and walking for extended periods. Corrected vision and hearing to normal range. Ability to work under stressful conditions and irregular hours. Exposure to communicable diseases and/or body fluids. Medium Work: exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, 10 to 25 pounds frequently, or >10 pounds constantly. Personal Protective Equipment
Follow standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required. Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $33.50 Maximum hourly: $53.60 The pay range displayed reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined based on work history, experience, skill set, and education. The pay range excludes applicable pay practices (e.g., shift differentials, overtime) and does not include the value of the Cleveland Clinic’s benefits package.
