Job Summary Provides comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental, emotional, behavioral, addictive, and developmental disorders and disabilities using specialized clinical knowledge and advanced clinical skills.

3:30 PM–8:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Group Therapy experience preferred
No on‑call requirements

Responsibilities
Provides comprehensive assessments and diagnoses using specialized clinical knowledge and advanced clinical skills for potential admission, including telehealth assessments.
Develops a comprehensive, individualized treatment plan and goals; provides psychotherapy, group, and family therapy as applicable.
Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to develop treatment goals; may participate in patient care conferences.
Documents all pertinent information from interviews, consultations, referrals, and supportive services.
Completes necessary documentation and reporting in accordance with departmental standards and federal and state regulations.
Provides direct clinical supervision to interns and assigned staff.
Performs discharge planning.
Works in a constant state of alertness and maintains a safe environment.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Behavioral Health or related field.
No prior experience required.
Physical Requirements
Constant use of hearing for communication and alarms.
Constant use of vision for distances up to 20 inches and beyond 20 ft.
Lifting/carrying/pushing objects 0–25 lb.
Frequent standing, twisting, walking; occasional bending, stooping, climbing, kneeling, and sitting.
Occasional lifting/pushing objects >50 lb; occasional keyboard use/data entry.
Occasional use of smell and driving; rare patient moving tasks.
