Responsibilities
Provide personalized 1-on-1 online tutoring to individual students. Accept on-demand tutoring requests whenever you’re available. Tutor remotely using the Live Learning Platform; no commuting required. Be matched with students who fit your teaching style and expertise. Utilize platform features to enhance sessions and manage tutoring workflows. Invoice for tutoring sessions; Varsity Tutors handles payments. Qualifications
Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style. Expertise in Nursing/NCLEX and ability to explain concepts clearly. Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles. Prior tutoring or teaching experience and graduate-level education are preferred. Compensation & Benefits
Earn up to $40/hour with the same student over time. Get paid up to twice per week for tutoring sessions you conduct and invoice. Set your own hours and tutor as much as you’d like. Tutor remotely using our Live Learning Platform—no commuting required. We handle the logistics—you invoice for sessions and we manage payments. AI-powered Tutor Copilot provides real-time instructional support, lesson generation, and engagement features to save prep time. About Varsity Tutors
