The
Motive Power Technician
inspects, maintains, and repairs motive power equipment, performs troubleshooting, and responds to customer needs. Key Responsibilities
Perform routine preventative maintenance. Troubleshoot battery and charger systems. Perform repairs at customer locations and shops. Respond promptly to client needs with excellent customer service. Complete work order and customer documentation adhering to SOPs. Follow all safety protocols. Work independently or in a team professionally. Other duties as assigned. Performance Metrics
Performance scorecard covering safety, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution. Maintain over 90% billable time. Positive management observations on attitude, diligence, and learning ability. Benefits

High School diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred. Ability to pass background and drug tests. Basic AC/DC electrical knowledge. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and with diverse teams. Experience in material handling is a plus. Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus. Willing to travel within territory and occasional overtime. Travel may be out of state; DOT requirements apply for commercial driving. Physical demands include lifting up to 100 lbs, wearing PPE, and working in various environments. The work environment involves customer sites, facilities, and electrical hazards. Employment Details
