We operate around one principle: happy, healthy therapists produce better client outcomes. About the Position We are currently seeking a
licensed or pre-licensed Psychologist, Counselor, or Social Worker
with specialized training in
trauma recovery, EMDR, and somatic modalities. This role is ideal for therapists who want to go deeper with clients—those helping individuals heal from complex trauma, chronic stress, attachment wounds, or nervous system dysregulation. Our clients are often high-functioning professionals seeking therapy that addresses not just the mind, but the body and deeper emotional layers. energizing, not draining —and they make your time at Wellspire feel meaningful in the long run. Qualifications Licensed or pre-licensed in Illinois (Psychologist, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMFT) Specialized training or certification in
EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Polyvagal-Informed Therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy , or similar trauma modalities Recent experience in a private practice, group practice, or comparable outpatient setting where you've managed an active caseload independently Commitment to evidence-based and compassionate care Seniority level
