to life with hands-on precision—contributing to world-class products at our on-site facility. This role focuses on mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and quality craftsmanship within a collaborative, skilled team. Responsibilities

Assemble and fine-tune a range of mechanical, optical, and electrical subassemblies under general supervision. Perform technical troubleshooting and assist in resolving assembly issues with guidance from leads and supervisors. Interpret engineering drawings and ISO-standard work instructions to ensure accurate builds. Conduct functional testing and inspection to maintain high standards of quality and performance. Apply knowledge of mechanical and electrical components to support product functionality. Maintain organized workspaces and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Basic knowledge of mechanical assembly and experience with tools such as torque wrenches, drills, and sanders. Strong understanding of measurements, tolerances, and metrology concepts. Technical curiosity and eagerness to develop in areas like computer operations, troubleshooting, and quality control. Ability to read and follow technical documents such as blueprints and assembly diagrams. Detail-oriented, professional, with a strong standard of craftsmanship. Ability to adapt to variety while maintaining precision and focus. Nice to Have

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic web navigation. Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive manual tasks. Standing for long periods during production. Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for precision tasks. Benefits and Perks
