We are seeking a
Mechanical Engineer
with a passion for building systems design and a strong foundation in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your contributions directly impact project success and client satisfaction.
Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr
Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid Flexibility)
Experience Level: Mid-Level (3+ Years)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities
Design mechanical systems for new construction and renovation projects
Develop construction documents using
Revit and AutoCAD
Perform load calculations, equipment selection, and energy analysis
Coordinate with internal disciplines and external consultants
Participate in site visits, field investigations, and construction administration
Support sustainable design and LEED documentation efforts
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum
3 years of experience
in mechanical design for buildings
Proficiency in
Revit and AutoCAD
is required
Strong understanding of mechanical codes and standards
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
EIT certification preferred; PE license a plus
