Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to join our team of professionals. The Assistant Maintenance Supervisor is the right‑hand person to the Service Manager and is responsible for assisting in the maintenance operations of the property.
This position has the potential to earn over $2,000 per year!

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the oversight of all work associated with the upkeep and maintenance of the building and grounds.
Physically walk and inspect the property on a regular basis, including vacant units, conduct property inspections including move‑in, housekeeping, and grounds to assure adherence to established standards.
Ensure service requests are responded to within 24 hours and communicate with residents when the issue cannot be resolved in a timely manner.
Assist in oversight of maintenance of the grounds, trash container areas, and common areas.
Be available as needed either personally or through other site personnel for emergency calls and respond to those according to GoldOller’s policy on after‑hour emergency calls.
Manage regular maintenance of the building exteriors, building interiors, and common areas.
Full duties will be discussed during the interview process.
Required Skills
Knowledge of property management policies and procedures as they relate to maintenance operations.
A complete understanding of Fair Housing and knowledge of other laws that apply to property management, such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Landlord‑Tenant Law, OSHA Standards, local and state building codes.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Position Requirements
Minimum two years of multifamily housing maintenance experience in residential property management.
Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 80 pounds; ability to stand, walk, squat, reach, stoop, climb stairs/ladders, balance, and carry frequently.
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal automobile for local job‑related travel (required).
Possession of tools needed to perform routine maintenance tasks.
Formal training or experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and refurbishing (required).
EPA/HVAC certification required.
Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and/or Certified Apartment Maintenance Tech (CAMT) preferred.
Ability to work weekends as needed.
Travel to other sites and outside the state as needed.
