Base pay range: $36.00/hr - $60.00/hr Responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for installing and maintaining electronic security systems. Performing preventive maintenance requirements. Performing inspections, evaluations, and inventory. Leading teams on large, complex installation projects with limited supervision. Leading and documenting daily toolbox talks, ORM and Safety Audits. Installing and maintaining equipment at both local and global levels per design packages. Programming and installation of head-end equipment for Access Control, Intrusion Detection and CCTV systems. Troubleshooting and isolating both systems and/or hardware at local and global levels. Leading on-site software commissioning and testing. Leading inspections, evaluations, and inventory; performing take-offs from project drawings; documenting and tracking RFIs. Design assist and feedback; documenting daily reports and project progress; communicating project and team member issues to management. Creating and managing project schedules; integration of IDS, ACS and CCTV systems. Forecasting and managing project labor hours; communicating effectively with supervisors and subordinates. Guiding and mentoring technicians. Qualifications

Key Requirements

Requires a valid driver's license. This position may require ongoing or intermittent use of a company vehicle. Selected candidates must possess an acceptable driving record in accordance with policy. Education

HS diploma or GED; Military Electronics Training (minimum 720 classroom hours) or Graduation from an accredited Electronics Technician program or Graduation from an Electrical Apprenticeship program An additional three (3) years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities Required Progressive Experience

8+ years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities on multiple systems and with multiple customer programs 3 years of the above experience focused in electronic security systems Strong oral, written and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to work with multidisciplinary teams Demonstrated time management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint proficiency is a plus Travel up to 50% of the time Desired / Advantageous Qualifications

Vendor certifications in IDS, ACS, and CCTV systems (e.g., CCURE, Lenel, Identiv/Hirsch Velocity, Bosch, AIphone Intercom, Windows certifications, etc.) What We Offer
