Yellowstone Club has over 1.5 million square feet of building space and is continuing to expand.
The purpose of the facilities department is to maintain the building space comprised of retail, commercial, food and beverage, spa, ski/snowboard facilities, golf facilities, and residences.
Yellowstone Club Facilities is looking for individuals who have skills in mechanical systems and maintenance projects.
These employees must take pride in their work and focus on quality and attention to detail. We are currently hiring for a Building Maintenance Technician. The Building Maintenance Technician provides hands-on services for all types of maintenance. The Building Maintenance Technician contribute to the minor and major facility improvements, renovations, upkeep of new and old facilities, and mechanical systems. The Facilities Department plays a critical role in providing smooth operation of all departments to ensure our members have the best experience possible.
Responsibilities: Ensure all mechanical assets are in good working order Complete work orders and preventive maintenance in a timely manner using asset management software. (Limble) Recognize and report any issues or potential issues throughout the Yellowstone Club Property using the asset management software. Perform all tasks required for the maintenance and operation of a commercial building. Preferred Skills/Experience (Experience in all items below is not required): Preventative Maintenance HVAC, including air handlers, fan-powered boxes, exhaust systems, etc Plumbing including heating/cooling circulation, domestic water, and various pump Cooling towers Chillers Boilers Snowmelt Systems Comfortable working with electricity and adhering to lockout-tagout procedures Lighting maintenance Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Technical training is preferred Proficient use of general power and hand tools Ability to identify, diagnose, and repair issues Highest standards of quality and attention to detail Ability to communicate issues to management Valid Drivers License Details: Salary: Depend on experience Experience: 2+ years of facility maintenance or construction is preferred Yellowstone Club offers great benefits including: Free transportation to and from Bozeman Complimentary shift meals Two employee ski days at the Yellowstone Club each month Discounted Ski Pass to either Big Sky Resort or Bridger Bowl 401k eligibility and bi-weekly match Health Benefits Access to onsite fitness center 24/7 Discounted Employee Housing in Big Sky or Bozeman Discounts to over 1000 retailers through ADP LifeMart End-of-season employee appreciation day and retail sale Access to Employee Store in Bozeman #LI-CK1
