Projects include new construction and renovations
Project size: $1M-$50M

Description The Superintendent will be responsible for:
Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely and budget‑conscious completion.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules and reports.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures on the job site.

Profile A successful Superintendent should have:
Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.
Multifamily project experience preferred (if not multifamily, experience in at least one of the other markets served).
Ground‑up project experience preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
Familiarity with safety regulations and commitment to enforcing them on‑site.
Proven problem‑solving skills and the ability to handle challenges with a proactive approach.
