is looking for a highly motivated
Electrician
to join our team. The Lead Electrician performs all electrical tasks with minimal general supervision. This employee may be part of a crew or the lead person directing this crew. Should have the ability to direct less experienced apprentices and helpers. Work will consist of installation, alterations, additions, and/or repairs of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials and equipment within the electrical construction industry. We offer a competitive salary for this full-time position, Monday - Friday. What We Offer: Competitive Pay Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance 401K and Roth retirement plans with company matching contribution Paid Holidays Paid Vacation What this Role Will Do: Install all work Troubleshoot motors, controls, circuits, and equipment Efficient in layout and blueprints Basic theory knowledge Possess skills of lower Rating Job Titles (Mechanic, Apprentice & Helpers) Secure tools, equipment, and materials from storage areas to complete assigned tasks Comply with company and O.S.H.A. safety policies You’ll be a great fit if you have: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Current and clear Driver's license and reliable transportation OSHA 10 certification (OSHA 30 preferred) A minimum of (4) years’ experience in the electrical field Additional Skills: Positively identify colors of wires Comprehend reading and drawing prints and schematics Bend conduit by hand with hand benders Must use all power tools, saws, threaders, wire tuggers, hydraulic benders, and knockout punches Capable of digging trenches, either by use of hand tools or power equipment Practice and comprehend safe work procedures as outlined in Company Safety Policy Handbook, Haz-Com Policy, and Lockout/Tagout Policy Operate two (2) handed tools/equipment, cable cutters, hammer drills, compression tools, jack hammers Operate company trucks with manual and automatic transmissions
