Maintenance Supervisor
to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to join a thriving organization committed to safety, innovation, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Champion a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and conducting regular training and inspections. Direct and support a team of Maintenance Technicians in daily activities, including machine repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. Collaborate with production leadership to prioritize and execute maintenance tasks that support operational goals. Oversee and manage work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and special projects. Maintain and improve high-speed manufacturing equipment, including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Troubleshoot and repair complex machinery, including PLCs, and coordinate with vendors as needed. Ensure facilities and utilities (such as compressors and water systems) are maintained to the highest standards. Foster a proactive approach to equipment reliability and continuous improvement. Qualifications and Skills: 5+ years of hands‑on maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing setting. Strong knowledge of electrical (480v/240v), mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Proven track record in safety and OSHA compliance. Experience with PLC troubleshooting is highly desirable. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities. Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and technical documents. Experience with a variety of manufacturing equipment and tools; forklift certification is a plus. Compensation Range:
$100,000 - $130,000 Benefits Offered:
