We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician responsible for installing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining Texwrap, Tekkra, and SRX systems in the field. This role involves troubleshooting, system installation and startup, personnel training, and collaborating with engineering teams to improve product lines. Responsibilities include: Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues with shrink wrap and bundling machinery at customer sites and in-house. Install and commission systems, including integration with other OEM equipment. Train personnel on equipment setup, operation, maintenance, and repair. Perform mechanical and electrical modifications, including PLC programming and servo drive reconfigurations. Report on installations, warranty repairs, performance, and suggest product improvements. Maintain accurate reports on expenses and work progress. Coordinate daily with the service team to ensure issue resolution and customer approval. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience with packaging equipment, including extensive PLC, servo, and HMI programming. Desired: 2-year degree or certification in Industrial Automation or Electronics. Experience with Allen Bradley and Emerson systems, HMIs, temperature controllers, and conveyor systems. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 90%, including weekends. Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Compensation and Benefits: Hourly rate: $30.00 - $45.00.
