to ours. Lactalis American Group, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Maintenance Technician II - Building (Building Mechanic). The Building Mechanic is responsible for the general maintenance, repairs and improvements of any given area of the Nampa Building Site. From your

EXPERTISE

to ours. Responsibilities

Ground work (outside cleaning, garbage, weed spraying, etc.). Change the HVAC & AC unit filters. Pick up and deliver parts site wide. Take care of building repairs, i.e. epoxy flooring, tile, sheet rock, painting, roof repair, plumbing, welding, basic electric, etc. Provide storeroom support. Contribute to continual process improvement and increased performance. Attend department meetings and training as assigned by supervisor or manager. Maintenance Tech IV will be required to know Mechanical, Electrical, PLC, and Pneumatic. Qualifications

Education High School Diploma required. Fluent in English both verbal and written. Specialized Knowledge Electrical, and plumbing. Skills / Abilities Ability to work well with others and possess strong interpersonal qualities. Good communication skills. Self-Motivated. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
