Starting pay at $18.75/hr +10% bilingual stipend
Location: 4545 Dodge Street, Omaha, NE 68132
Shift: 6:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Tuesday-Saturday (Sunday and Monday OFF)

Child Saving Institute (CSI) is a non‑profit that began in Omaha in 1892 to provide care for children left in need. We champion children and families by providing safe, therapeutic environments and empowering each child to thrive. Responsibilities
Your role will include supervising and providing therapeutic support to children and youth ages 0–19, building trusting relationships, implementing daily programming, and supporting each youth’s emotional and behavioral development in both stability and crisis. What Makes CSI Special

Positive and reliable work ethic Experience working with children and families Sound judgment and crisis management skills Ability to build effective, therapeutic relationships with youth Qualifications
21 years old or older Experience in human services, especially residential or youth‑focused work Clear communication, calm under pressure, and effective youth behavior management Knowledge of child development, trauma‑informed care, and group dynamics Team player who is patient, flexible, and emotionally grounded Bonus Points
Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field CPI training and certification Experience in residential care or crisis settings Bilingual abilities What You’ll Get
