AmeriCorps VISTA Changebuilder at Kean University

Kean University provides a world-class education that cultivates globally adept individuals. The Diversity Council and Center for International Studies support educators and students in creating inclusive learning environments. The Changebuilder VISTA will help create a culture of changebuilders, focusing on international students and first-generation university students. The Changebuilder will increase awareness of western and non-western approaches to civics, empowering young people to explore different avenues for engagement and activism. Responsibilities include sustaining and growing the civics education curriculum, creating volunteer opportunities, and collaborating with Kean departments and local organizations. Program Benefits:
