Retail Center hours:
9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Sundays.
Pay and benefits:
Pay: $16.15 per hour. Pay could increase based on textiles produced per hour. Daily Pay eligible. Full-time employees in Retail and Sales/Operations divisions are eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability, Life/AD&D, Flexible Spending Accounts, Long Term Disability, and several voluntary offerings. Paid time off includes vacation, sick, holiday, floating holiday, jury duty, and bereavement leave. Pre-tax or post-tax (Roth) retirement contributions available. 18 years of age to participate. Goodwill of Colorado is a Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF) eligible employer.
Job Summary The Associate I, Textiles Production will primarily work in a production environment sorting, hanging, pricing, and tagging donated textiles while following company quality standards and guidelines to determine which items will be placed on the sales floor. The Associate may occasionally interact with customers and is expected to be responsive in communication and provide excellent customer service.
Essential Functions
Sort donated textiles by season, color, and quality of product.
Inspect textiles to ensure the product is in good saleable condition (buttons, zippers, etc.).
Hang, size, price, tag, and prepare textile items to be sold by loading them on Z-racks.
Make decisions to price according to Goodwill standards of quality and value, which may include researching the item’s value online or using other company tools and standards.
Provide excellent customer service to staff and customers; answer product questions as needed.
Follow all retail center policies and procedures.
Follow all safety processes and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers.
Crosstrain as needed in other departments and areas when required.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Job duties may extend beyond listed tasks and include additional responsibilities as required.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience
One (1) year of retail experience preferred.
Other
Attention to detail and ability to make decisions.
Ability to use basic technologies to follow company standards.
Good judgement to assess quality and value of textile products and pricing; research value as necessary.
Ability to use a dolly and pallet jack as required.
Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed with occasional overtime.
