This role is
On-Site
at the Modesto, CA plant.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting pay: $37.24 per hour, with increases every 6 months.
Shift differentials available.

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems in a manufacturing environment.
Investigate and resolve electrical, mechanical, or operational issues using advanced problem‑solving methods.
Install and wire motors, switch panels, fuse boxes, and power circuits.
Create and update detailed layouts of electrical circuits and components.
Program PLCs (Allen‑Bradley) and work with VFDs and 4‑20 mA circuits.
Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and increase safety.
Qualifications
Journeyman industrial electrician.
High school diploma or GED.
3+ years experience as an industrial electrician in a manufacturing environment or a related degree.
Proficiency with amp meters, digital multimeters, and oscilloscopes.
Technical knowledge of Allen‑Bradley PLCs and components.
Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematic drawings.
Knowledge of industrial wiring, motors, switches, panels, fuse boxes, lighting, testing, and power circuits.
Familiarity with state and local electrical codes.
Basic computer skills; ability to write routine reports.
Strong focus on maintaining high safety standards.
Must meet pre‑requisite job‑related test scores.
