Job Summary

Responsible for performing all preventive, scheduled, and unscheduled maintenance on wind turbine generator equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Works on a service team to achieve safe and efficient wind turbine maintenance. Reports to the Program Manager and Site Manager, and indirectly to the Lead Technician on a job. Not certified to perform work inside any Cabinet/Controller without direct supervision by a certified Electrical Technician. May be assigned other duties to meet customer needs and align with Sky Climber’s mission and values. Benefits

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis High School Diploma / GED and Associate Degree in a Technical Mechanical or Wind Energy discipline or equivalent work experience in mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic industries Training will include and must successfully complete: Basic Safety Training (First Aid, CPR, Fall Protection); Tower Safety Training; Technical Training (Mech., Elec., Hydraulic); LOTO; Other training as required Pass Background Check and Drug Screening Desired Characteristics:

Demonstrate a passion for safety and service excellence Strong mechanical and electrical background preferred Ability to read, write and understand English; read and understand basic diagrams and wiring schematics Proficiency with MS Office Ability to work without direct supervision, adapt to a dynamic environment, and be an effective communicator Strong organizational skills; willingness to learn Physical Requirements

Must be able to climb a 300 feet wind turbine multiple times per day Must be comfortable working at heights up to 300+ feet Weight limits per tower ladders (250–300 lbs, including PPE) Must be comfortable working in confined spaces Occasional kneeling, squatting, and repetitive motions; ability to handle up to 50 lbs Climb test and tower rescue training required Responsibilities - Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Follow all assigned Environmental, Health and Safety procedures Perform basic mechanical installations, maintenance, operations, and upgrades Verify work complies with customer requirements and established procedures Document work performed and report policy or procedure violations Submit progress reports; repair or replace parts Operate specific tools safely and work independently on maintenance projects as needed Travel as required (up to 25%) and work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed Work at heights and in all weather conditions; maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record Seniority level
