About the Role:

As a Field Service Technician, you will be the face of our company in the field, traveling to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, and maintain high-performance packaging and automation equipment. Your role will combine strong technical know-how with the ability to deliver a premium customer experience that builds long-term trust and relationships.

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot

conveyor systems, bagging machines, and flow wrappers . Read and interpret

electrical schematics

and perform safe wiring of secondary equipment. Serve as a

technical trainer , guiding customers or internal staff through proper machine operation and maintenance. Deliver a

personable, customer-first experience

with each visit – making customers feel supported, heard, and part of the family. Document service work using internal tools (ERP experience a plus). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.

Who You Are:

An experienced Field Service Technician or Industrial Maintenance Technician with

direct experience working on conveyors, flow wrappers, or bagging machines . Comfortable working in food, beverage, consumer goods, or manufacturing environments. Have strong

electrical troubleshooting skills

and can read schematics confidently. Naturally customer-facing , personable, confident, and capable of building lasting relationships. A mentor at heart – you enjoy

teaching others

and aren't afraid to lead conversations and offer direction.

Preferred Skills:

PLC familiarity. OSHA/technical certifications. Experience in high-speed manufacturing or automation environments. Bilingual (a plus).
