Base Pay: $40.05 per hour for Electricians enrolled in the Multicraft program. Singlecraft Electricians start at $33.55 per hour. Electricians may enter the Multicraft program in July/January after qualification to begin receiving Multicraft pay. A sign-on bonus totaling $10,000 is paid out within 3 years (including $4,000 within 30 days). Install and maintain a wide variety of equipment in a manufacturing environment. Troubleshoot and repair equipment; interpret drawings related to installation and operation of machinery and equipment. Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on machinery and mechanical equipment. Possess the ability to control electrical current using switches, condensers, transformers, rheostats, and other electrical equipment; use appropriate instruments and gauges to diagnose issues. Self-direct and capable of running projects with little or no instruction. Note:

12-hour shift; new hires likely placed on the night shift. 2-2-3 continuous work schedule, offering a three-day weekend every other week. Work Environment
Texarkana, AR Plant; fast-paced, heavy industrial environment across various plant areas. Environmental conditions can be hot, cold, and noisy. Safety is a priority; safety procedures and PPE (hearing/eye protection, protective clothing, steel-toed shoes) are required. Basic Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or CRC Silver Certificate. Must be at least 18 years old. Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future. Ability to lift heavy materials, climb, stand, squat, bend, and work at heights with or without reasonable accommodations. 5 years of industrial electrical experience or completion of an accredited apprenticeship in this craft. Must complete aptitude test and hands-on assessment administered by an outside party. Additional Information
