Master Drainage Planning Floodplain Development Permitting Infrastructure Design Construction Administration Expert Witness Green Infrastructure Design Federal and State Grant Programs
**Responsibilities:**
Develop construction plans Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic modeling Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project completion Perform site visits and assessments Prepare technical reports and proposals
**Requirements:**
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred Strong knowledge of HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, ArcGIS Pro, MicroStation or AutoCAD, StormCad or equivalent Proficiency in Project coordination, construction estimating, and design Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
Preferred Skills:
1D, 2D, and 1D/2D modeling experience or interest Interest in working on diverse civil engineering projects across the state Interest in growing as an industry leader
