GAI’s Community Solutions Group is seeking a Senior Landscape Architect with approximately 15 years of experience to work in its Orlando office. The role involves planning and designing master-planned communities, neighborhoods, and various community facilities. Our Landscape Architecture team collaborates across the Community Solutions Group and other departments, serving public, private, and institutional clients on diverse projects. This position offers flexible hybrid work schedules and a sign-on bonus.

Specific Duties:
Manage sales and client relationships for existing and new strategic clients.
Support and execute multi-disciplinary efforts in collaboration with senior leadership.
Assist with contract negotiations.
Participate in community and professional organization leadership roles to enhance GAI's profile.
Lead design for master-planned communities and neighborhoods.
Oversee conceptual design and construction documentation for landscape projects.
Manage client communication, project staffing, and coordination.
Create project graphics including plans, sections, and 3D views.
Conduct site design, inventory, and analysis.
Participate in team meetings and project discussions.
Support bidding, RFI responses, and construction phases.
Collaborate across various project types.
Some travel within Florida (up to 15%) is required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
Licensure in Florida.
Proficiency in hand sketches, digital rendering, AutoCAD, Land F/X, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Lumion, Landscape Construction Design, with strong communication skills.
FDOT experience is a plus.
