$1,500 at 30 days

and

$1,500 at 90 days !

Shift Schedule

12‑Hour Shifts Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM

8‑Hour Shifts Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Full‑Time, 5 days a week) Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Full‑Time, 5 days a week)

Other Shift Options 16‑Hour Baylor LPN: Weekends, 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Paid for full‑time)

Shift Differential Earn an additional $2.00 /hour for shifts between 3:00 PM and 7:00 AM

In This Role, the Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse Will

Assist routine daily direction and monitor the work of nursing assistants, ensuring high standards of nursing care.

Assist in the orientation of new LPNs/LVNs and nursing assistants and reinforce training standards.

Provide explanations of nursing procedures and assistance to staff to ensure ongoing understanding and training.

Communicate regularly with the Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing regarding observations, suggestions of problem areas, resident and employee activities, concerns, needs, and conditions.

Observe and evaluate residents’ health, mental, and emotional conditions and communicate significant changes to appropriate staff.

Provide direct patient care as appropriate, including procedures such as catheter placement and care, colostomy care, suction, dressings, nasogastric tubes, and other treatments.

Participate in report at the beginning and end of shifts to assure proper information about residents is communicated.

Assist in the admission, orientation, and observation of new residents, ensuring physician orders for diets, therapy, medication, etc. are transcribed and communicated according to procedure.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

Graduated from an approved school of licensed practical/vocational nursing.

Current license, in good standing, as an LPN/LVN in the State.

One year nursing experience.

Devotion to standards and principles of professional nursing.

Compensation Pay range: $31.88 – $47.79 per hour.
