Certified Recovery Peer Advocate (CRPA/CRPA-P)
Base pay range $21.00/hr - $26.00/hr

What You’ll Do
Provide one-on-one peer support to individuals navigating recovery.
Use your personal recovery experience to guide, motivate, and empower others.
Assist clients in developing individualized recovery goals and accessing needed resources.
Collaborate with clinical and care teams to ensure well-rounded support.
Advocate for client needs and promote recovery-oriented thinking.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
Qualifications
Certified as a CRPA or CRPA-P in New York State
Lived experience with substance use and currently in sustained recovery
Genuine passion for supporting others in their recovery journey
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
