Child and Family Therapist Hybrid work in Hamilton County, Ohio. Salary: up to $60,000 per year.

Primary Duties

Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments of youth and families.

Provide individual and family therapy in home and community settings.

Partner with collateral contacts, supports, and agency providers for consultation.

Follow IHBT Treatment Model fidelity guidelines.

Write and update treatment and safety plans; evaluate client progress.

Deliver crisis intervention (telephonic and in‑person) via IHBT team on‑call rotation.

Complete timely documentation and statistical reporting (progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries, outcomes measures, etc.).

Attend supervision, IHBT team meetings, agency and departmental meetings.

Implement evidence‑based interventions.

Ensure service delivery aligns with IHBT fidelity standards.

Attend required training to maintain licensure and fidelity compliance.

Experience Prefer at least one year of paid experience working with youth who have significant mental health concerns and their families.

Education A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

Licensure Requires Ohio licensure as a Social Worker (LISW or LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC or LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), or Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (IMFT).
